Under Data Protection legislation the Charity Trustees of Crawley Baptist Church are the Data Controller and can be contacted by ringing 01293 546177 or emailing info@crawleybaptistchurch.org.uk

There are various forms on the website that enable you to contact us, request information or provide information. There are also ‘occasional’ forms that are used for a specific purpose, such as voting at a church meeting. We will only retain your personal details for as long as necessary. We will NOT pass on your details to anyone other than the person (or people) in our church who are best able to deal with your enquiry or process the information.

In addition to website forms the Church Directory is accessed through a password protected page on the website and data is held on a secure ‘cloud’ server. Access to the directory is restricted to individuals whose own information is on the directory and have given permission for their details to be shared with others.

The website has a ‘gallery’ of photographs and names to assist in getting to know each other. Permission has been given in each case. Photographs will be removed when individuals are no longer associated with the church or upon application.

If you are concerned about the way your information is being handled please speak to one of the deacons.  We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and if you are still unhappy you have the right to complain to them.
