Who's Who

	Our Senior Minister is Rev Ian Phillips. Ian studied for the Baptist ministry at Spurgeon’s College. He heads a team of staff, deacons and ministry team leaders who serve in a wide range of activities.		Sandra Warner is the Minister for Pastoral and Counselling. Sandra trained for her role at CWR and is a member of the Association of Christian Counsellors.

	Sue Lindridge, Minister for Children’s and Youth Work, heads up a team of volunteers who run the children’s and youth activities.		Laura Lark, Children and Family Worker, is married to Alex and recently moved from Tonbridge. She has done Youth and Children’s work in many different Churches and is really passionate about it. She enjoys the cinema, walking along the beach and music.

	Marian Hayden is Minister for Music and Worship		Ian Warner is the church Operations Manager, overseeing the facilities and administration of the church.

	Clare Sage is Reception Manager.		Brian Carmen assists with practical aspects in the facilities team and is the cleaning supervisor.

	Joe Lansdell is a Finance Assistant		Gill White is a Finance Assistant

Church Deacons

Deacons are elected from the church membership to assist the Ministry team and staff in the leadership of the church, they also collectively fulfill the role of Church Treasurer. The current deacons are:

Ademola Aderounmu, Graham Durrant (Church Secretary), Colin Guest, David Molden, Graham Poole, Nicky Shearwood, Lesley Stroud and Richard White.
