Regular Activities and Groups

We have a full programme of activities on Sundays and throughout the week.

We normally have two Sunday morning services at 9:15 and 11:15 am which each last for about 1 hour 15 mins. During the service there is a crêche and Children and young people have their own age groups. Two services are held on the 1st, 3rd, 4th and in some months the 5th Sunday. Refreshments are served in the Rainbow Lounge between services.

On the 2nd Sunday of each month we meet together as all age family and there is only one service starting at 10:30 am. The children and young people stay in for the whole service.

On Sunday evenings

Sunday evening services are usually at 6:30, except the first Sunday of the month when various churches in Crawley meet together here at 7:00 pm for a Joint Service

Communion is normally celebrated in the morning services on the 3rd Sunday and the jointly with The Haven and Greenfields Baptist Churches in the evening of the 4th Sunday in each month (check Online Calendar for 4th Sunday evening venues).

At Christmas, Easter and during August

Small Groups

Throughout the week small groups meet. There are a wide range of types and timings for these to try and cater for everybody. These groups form the heartbeat of church life and provide a safe place for making friends, building relationships, deepening our faith and growing in our Christian lives.

For older folk:

We have a programme of activities for Seniors:

  • The Friendship Club meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month except August (no meeting).
  • T.Set meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month except December (no meeting).
  • The Dyers Team meets with friends in the Dyers throughout the year, on or around the 2nd Thursday of 'even' months.

Network

The Network Course is a six-session programme that explores the things that are important to us as individuals, looks at what our practical gifts may be and considers the way God has 'wired; us to best serve Him and those around us.  For further details speak to Nikki Larkham or Joe Lansdell, or email the church office.

Parents and Toddlers

Parent and Toddler Group is a Christian-based group for parents and their pre-school children. We try to provide a happy secure place for both children and parents. We meet on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings (during school term time only) between 10am and 11.30am. We provide plenty of toys and an activity for the children, refreshments for adults and children, and a singing session. In addition to this we arrange a summer outing and a Christmas party. Old clothes are best for playing in, but we do provide aprons for messy activities. There may be a waiting list, but you are welcome to come along and see if you like us.

Holly Hedgehog

Holly Hedgehog meets on Monday, Thursday and Friday between 9.30 and 2.30 during term time, over 38 weeks per year. It offers pre-school education to children between the ages of 3 and 5.  Providing high quality care and education with a variety of activities involving both play and learning within the Foundation Stage of the National Curriculum.  Our aim is to show the love of Jesus through everyday learning and to appreciate God's wonderful creation.
